How it works

Each party fills in their own part.

You create the draft

You enter what you know: goods, origin, destination, dates. What is not yours, you do not type.

You invite the carrier

A link by email or WhatsApp. They fill in their details (company, number plate, driver) and sign their part. Without creating an account.

It stays in custody

The document is issued, signed and kept in custody for seven years. You can open it from the dashboard for at least one year after the service ends, or for all seven with extended access. If you are asked, you have the proof that it existed.

Why shippers need it

You do not subcontract your liability.

Covers joint liability

You answer for the document existing and being truthful. Here you are the one who starts it, and that is on record.

No third-party data

You do not type the carrier's number plate or driver: they are entered by whoever holds them, who then signs.

Proof of custody

An archive kept in custody for seven years, with every document and its signatures. The evidence ready if there is a claim.

Your price

You are a carrier without a fleet. You pay the base rate, with no drivers to add.

There is no separate plan for shippers: you use the same dashboard and the same fleet plans, only you have no drivers of your own to register — you pay the base rate and that is it.

Management users per plan: 1 administrator in Owner-operator; 1 administrator + 1 manager in Fleet S; up to 2 administrators + 6 managers in Fleet M; unlimited managers and up to 3 administrators in Enterprise. The admin sees all of the company's documents —the ones it issues and the ones it receives and accepts by filling in or signing its part— and each manager sees their own drivers' documents. Seeing a document is not showing it: the QR only works on the road while the document is assigned to a driver with an active seat.
